We have partnered with many expert companies that specialise in all aspects of renting homes. We will make sure you are fully compliant with all regulations, licenses and laws. We will look after your home as if it is our own.
Our property managers have worked in the sector for over 10 years. They are highly trained and stay on top of any new regulations so they can deliver the best possible service to you and your home.
Communication is key. We believe the best way to protect you and your investment is by maintaining an open line of communication that focuses on proactively keeping on top of the needs of your property, your tenants and on building a lasting relationship.
Utilities and transfers are arranged and dealt with on your behalf. With our Property Management team on top of this we can make sure tenants moving in or out aren’t leaving behind a messy trail of paperwork to sort out.
We arrange periodic inspections reviewing any actions that need to be taken care of and report these to you. In between these inspections both you and you tenants have access to the Kentwood app where your tenants can log any issues with images that require attention. Then either you can arrange for any works to be carried out or we can take care of that for you.
The financial side of your property is taken care of by us sending you regular financial statements and notifications once rent payments have been allocated. You will also have access to all this information and more via your Kentwood app.
We take care of the repairs and maintenance using fully insured highly skilled contractors. When any problems are reported to us, we will notify you immediately via phone call or email. This information will also be available in your Kentwood app. We will keep you informed of any associated costs before any works are carried out, so you remain in complete control. Once works are underway, we will keep you updated on the progress.
We can even look after your empty property while it is empty. From sorting post to cold weather proofing and garden maintenance. We only work with the best.
